Refund Policy

At PrimeLine Pressure Washing, customer satisfaction is important to us. Because our services are customized and performed on-site, the following refund policy applies:

 

Service Satisfaction

If you are not satisfied with the completed service, please notify us within 48 hours of service completion. We will review the concern and, if appropriate, return to address any areas that were missed or did not meet our standards at no additional charge.

 

Refunds

  • Refunds are not guaranteed once services have been completed.

  • In most cases, we aim to resolve concerns by offering a re-clean or correction, rather than a monetary refund.

  • Partial refunds may be considered at our discretion if a portion of the agreed-upon service was not completed as outlined.

 

Cancellations

  • Appointments canceled at least 24 hours in advance will not incur any fees.

  • Same-day cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee to cover scheduling and travel costs.

 

Weather & Safety

Services may be rescheduled due to weather conditions or safety concerns at no penalty to the customer.

 

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Pre-existing stains, discoloration, or damage that cannot be removed

  • Natural wear, oxidation, or permanent surface damage

  • Issues caused by structural defects or poor surface condition

  • Services declined or modified by the customer at the time of service
